Turkmenistan: The share of private producers in industry is growing
During the six months of this year, the enterprises of the Lebap velayat produced industrial products worth 7 billion 166 million 539 thousand manats.
State-owned enterprises account for 2 billion 135 million 682 thousand manats of production. These figures show that the share of private producers in the economy is growing.
In recent years, much attention has been paid to the development of private entrepreneurship. As a result of state support, the share of individual enterprises in the economy is steadily increasing. They show activity in the production of import-substituting products, in enriching the domestic market of consumer goods. As a result, the share of entrepreneurs in the total volume of production increases.
