The Lebap velayat branch of the state commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Halkbank” issued a long-term loan to the entrepreneur Imamkula Babakuliyev.
He plans to build special reservoirs for fish cultivation on 10 hectares of land on the territory of the Dzhora Narrmammedov Chardzhou etrap forestry. Another 5 hectares will be used for forage. The entrepreneur provides for breeding carp, carp, salmon and trout in reservoirs. With the help of soft loans with an annual rate of 5 percent for a period of 60 months, he began to implement his plan.
