According to the decree of the leader of the nation dated November 9, 2018, the Consulate of our country in Mazar-I-Sharif concluded with the Afghan construction company “Ghazanfar Construction, Road Work Rail Way Construction Material P.CO” contract for the construction of a mosque.
At the initiative of the head of state, a health house and a school have already been built here at the expense of the Turkmen side.

The leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that medicines and medical preparations, food, textile and household products were sent from our country to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid.
The opening of the mosque was a landmark event in the history of friendly and fraternal relations between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
During its construction, the latest technologies were used, original architectural solutions were applied, including the interior, decoration and painting of the vaults. The complex provides a building for Sadak, ritual ceremonies, Parking, landscaped surrounding area.
The leaders of Faryab province, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, religious figures, the public and numerous residents welcomed the guests from Turkmenistan with great cordiality, including venerable elders and clerics.
