The competition “Melody of neutrality”was held in the center of culture of the city of Sakar of Sayat etrap.

It was organized by the Department of culture of the Lebap velayat together with the velayat Committee of the party of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Vocal and instrumental ensembles and soloists from the cultural departments of Turkmenabat and etrapov took part in the competition. He showed that ensembles and singers in their stock have a solid number of works of the song genre, that a new generation of talented musicians and singers has grown. The event also helped to identify young talent. According to its results, the main prize was awarded to the ensemble of the Department of culture of the Sayat etrap. The first place was taken by the ensemble of the culture Department of the Charjou etrap. The second place was taken by the group of the center of culture of the city of Karabekaul of the halach etrap. The third place went to the ensemble of the Department of culture of the halach etrap.
